With our Weco Plastik® system for hygienic areas, we offer durable solutions for ceiling and wall surfaces. They have been tried and tested for years in all areas of food production and processing as well as wet rooms.
Our profiles, ceiling cladding and wall cladding meet the requirements of food hygienic regulations and are approved by the building authorities.

3020 CZ - Plastic ceiling cladding
Our Weco Plastik® profile no. 3020 CZ is ideal for use in food processing areas, as well as damp and wet rooms. In these areas of application, surfaces are sometimes cleaned daily with active foam or high-pressure cleaners. The double tongue and groove closure enables splash-proof, smooth and easy-to-clean surfaces.
The ceiling panels are fixed to the plastic substructure or plain structures with stainless steel clamps or screws (see Weco plastic installation instructions). Due to the low dead weight, standard drywall suspension systems can be used. Our extensive range of trims and strips/accessories offers solutions for all conceivable installations and applications.
The "rigid PVC" raw material used does not absorb moisture and offers permanently hygienic solutions. The extremely good resistance to nearly all chemical cleaning agents and protein solvents makes it suitable for use in a wide variety of areas, such as

3020 H - Weco Hart wall cladding/wall panels
Weco Plastik® Profile No. 3020 H - Weco Hard is extremely solid and suitable for cladding wall surfaces in food production environments, damp and wet room areas.
The core of our profile is foamed, the surface is made of rigid PVC. Profile no. 3020 H - Weco Hart is extremely robust with a wall thickness of 7 mm and is suitable for toughest conditions.
Like our ceiling panels, our wall panels are fixed to a plastic substructure with stainless steel clamps or screws. However, they can also be glued / bonded directly to flat surfaces. Our extensive range of strips and trims / accessories offers solutions for all conceivable installations and applications.
